The best we have had in Utah. Why? Because it's owned by Japanese and they know the process. We have a home in Tokyo and appreciate authentic Ramen... this is the real deal! Gyoza isn't home made but wasn't bad either. Our waitress and staff was young... but mature, professional & friendly.

I travel around the world for work and I must say, that was one great bowl of Ramen. Very authentic and flavored. Highly recommend.

We made a reservation but ran into a miscommunication when we arrived. The staff was very helpful, understanding, and attentive. While there was an issue with the reservation, they worked with us and we were given the next available table. The food was well worth the wait. Pictured here are the Gyoza, Spicy Pork Ramen, and Tonkotsu Ramen (with modifiers for extra egg and garlic). Well worth the trip. We will be visiting again!
